益气活血化痰法联合颅内外血管搭桥术治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的采用氙CT评价益气活血化痰法联合颅内外血管搭桥术治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法回顾14例患者的临床资料,对中药联合手术治疗前后的氙CT脑血流灌注平均值及mRS平均分进行分析比较。结果术后患者的脑血流量较术前增加,mRS评分改善(P<0.05)。结论益气活血化痰法联合颅内外血管搭桥术治疗缺血性脑血管病可改善患者术侧的脑血流量,降低致残率,改善预后。Objective： To observe the curative effect of xenon CT evaluation of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method combined with extracranial intracranialbypass in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： clinical data of 14 cases of patients with cerebral blood perfusion were retrospected,the average and average mRS of CT xenon before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with operation were analysed. Results： After the operation , cerebral blood flow increased and mRS scores improved （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： cerebral blood flow of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method combined with extracranial intracranialbypass in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease can improve the patients side,decrease disability rate,improve prognosis.
