U型反转退镜法在无痛电子结肠镜检查中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的对U型反转退镜法在无痛电子结肠镜检查中的操作进行评价及操作技巧总结。方法分析总结邢台医学高等专科学校第二附属医院85例行无痛电子结肠镜检查中采用U型反转退镜法操作的临床应用情况,并与以往的清醒状态下"U型反转退镜法"比较。结果无痛状态下U型反转退镜法成功率100%,再次检查依从性100%。无痛状态下心率、血压无明显变化。清醒组心率、血压则呈上升趋势。无痛组退镜时间(10±1.8)min,清醒组(15±2.5)min。结论无痛状态下U型反转退镜法可提高安全性、缩短退镜时间,提高患者依从性。Objective To evaluate and summarize the operation skills in painless electronic colonoscopy with U-type reversal back mirror method. Methods Clinical application experience of 85 patients in painless electronic colonoscopy with U-type reversal back mirror method was summarized and was compared with previously awakened state.Results The success rate of painless electronic colonoscopy with U-type reversal back mirror method was 100% and the compliance rate for re-examination was 100%.The heart rate and blood pressure were both showed no significant changes in the painless state; while in awakened state,the heart rate and blood pressure showed an increasing.The back mirror time was 10±1. 8 min in painless group and 15±2. 5 min in the awakened group.Conclusion painless electronic colonoscopy with U-type reversal back mirror method could elevate safety,shorten the back mirror time and improve the compliance in patients.
