血清可溶性血管内皮生长因子及其受体与肿瘤的关系

摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)具有维持现有的血管和促进新生血管的形成作用。VEGF与血管内皮细胞表面的血管内皮生长因子受体(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,VEGFR)结合而起生物学作用。各种肿瘤的发生与VEGF和VEGFR的表达异常有关,导致肿瘤向周围组织侵犯和向远处转移。VEGF和VEGFR在肿瘤组织中的表达和在血液中的含量与肿瘤的发生和转移的关系已有大量报道,因而检测两者的表达或含量对肿瘤的预后判断有重要临床意义。其中的血液中可溶性VEGF和VEGFR含量的检测是一种简便、经济和无创性的检查方法,与其他肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高其诊断价值。Vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF） plays an important role in maintaining the existing blood vessels and promoting new vessels formation in tissue and organs. VEGF binds to its receptor on the endothelial cell surface leading to cellular biological function through activation cellular transduction pathways. Abnormal VEGF and VEGFRs expression have been observed in different types of cancers which results in the invasion of cancer cells to surrounding tissues and distant metastasis. Numerous reports showed that the expression of VEGF and VEGFRs in tissue and their levels in serum are associated with cancer development and metastasis,thus being a good marker in cancer treatment and clinical outcome. Serum VEGF and VEGFRs analysis is a simple,low cost,and noninvasive method in clinical practice,and the combination of the analysis of serum VEGF and VEGFRs with other cancer biomarkers may increase their diagnosis value.
