摘　　要：根据汽车桥壳用钢使用特点进行了成分和工艺设计,采用复合微合金化技术在中厚板生产线上生产出60 kg级冲压桥壳专用钢600QK,其力学性能、焊接和冲压性能均满足冲压桥壳的使用要求。疲劳台架试验表明,疲劳寿命均在100万次以上,满足了冲压桥壳轻量化和高疲劳寿命的要求。On the basis of composition and process design according to the application features of automobile axle housing steel,Jigang develops 60 kg grade pressing axle housing steel on medium plate production line by using com-bined micro-alloying technique. The mechanical properties,weldability and pressing property of the steel can satisfy the application requirements of pressing axle housing. The fatigue bench test shows that the fatigue life is over 1 million times,meeting the requirements of reduced weight and longer fatigue life of pressing axle housing.
