摘 要:单因素承载力评价是掌握海域特征污染因子及其影响程度的有效手段,而多因素承载力评价则是掌握海域综合污染程度的可靠方式。文章将云理论与集对分析方法有机结合,以形成云滴的钟形函数作为联系度函数,建立了具体的承载力评价方法与系统的评价步骤。天津汉沽海域氮磷单因素与多因素承载力评价结果显示,该海域氮磷承载力较差。研究结果表明评价方法体系是有效的,其不仅具有集对分析方法简洁、易操作和高精度等优点;同时云理论的应用使得评价指标隶属于等级的随机性和模糊性得以充分体现,保证了评价结果更具实际意义。Single factor carrying capacity assessment is an efficient means for obtaining feature pollution factor and its pollution degree. Multi-factors carrying capacity assessment is a credible means for grasping the comprehensive pollution degree. In this paper, detailed and systematic assessment method and procedure for carrying capacity was developed by combining set pair analysis method with cloud theory, bell function in cloud theory was used for connection degree function in set pair analysis the capacity of Tianjin Hangu marine waters is sion, easy-operation and high precision of set method. The calibration results of single and multi-factors show that very poor. This shows the coupling method has advantages of concipair analysis method, and the randomness and ambiguity of assessment indexes ' membership can be reflected in the assessment procedure by using the cloud theory, so the assessment results are practical significance.
