摘  要:随着公众利益诉求意识和参政议政的愿望不断增强,社会公众日渐习惯于通过各种方式公开表达自己的意愿,形成有影响力的舆论力量。"教育"以其极高的关注度成为广受热议的舆论焦点之一。深化教育领域综合改革,需要开放包容、理性务实、理解支持的舆论环境。建设良好舆论环境需要教育行政部门建立与公众之间的良好联系,多渠道、多角度地收集和解读民意,也需要教育专家、媒体和社会各界的多方合力。只有形成良性循环,充分调动各方面支持教育发展的积极性和创造性,才能创设有利于教育发展的最佳土壤,真正实现教育事业的均衡发展和协调发展。Nowadays, as the citizens increasingly get involved in demand for public interests and political participation, they are getting used to expressing their own wills and desires, which turns into influential public opinions. As a result, "education" becomes one of the focuses with its remarkable public attention. We need a favorable public opinion environment, which is open & inclusive, rational & pragmatic, and understanding & supportive, to deepen comprehensive reforms of education. However, in order to construct that kind of public opinion environment, we need to establish good relationship between the education administrative departments and the public, collect and interpret public opinion, and combine the forces of education experts, the media and different communities. Only with virtuous cycle fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity to support the development of education, can we make the best space for development of education, and truly realize the balanced and coordinative development of education.
