摘　　要：在旅游院校构建全员德育模式具有重要的现实价值。在构建过程中,强化全员德育理念是构建基础,建立全员德育机制是构建保障,同时制定具体运行方案,实现教书育人、管理育人、服务育人和学生的自我教育相结合,最终促成德育目标的实现。In tourism colleges, constructing a full moral education pattern have important realistic value in the contemporary era. In the process of the construction, strengthening moral education idea is the foundation of full moral education pattern, establishing the mechanism is the security, and then making specific operation scheme. So that we can achieve the combination of teaching and education, managementand education, service and education, and the students＇ self- education, and at last achieve the goal of moral education.
