摘　　要：事业单位建设职业年金一波三折。一方面,需要消解公众的质疑;另一方面,在政策设计过程中存在一些技术层面的困难。本文从人力资源价值、社会公平、制度精神三个方面分析了事业单位建立职业年金所需坚持的原则,以期为事业单位的职业年金建设提供一些参考。Occupational pensions scheme has encountered twists and turns. On the one hand, the publicquestions on occupational pensions scheme need to be solved; On the other hand, technical difficulties exist inthe policy design process. From human resource value, social equity, system spirit, this article analyses the construction principles in institutions in order that it can provide some references for the construction of occupationalpension.
