摘　　要：管理层讨论与分析(MD&A1)能够提供财务信息无法提供的解释性信息和前瞻性信息,因而对MD&A有用性评价相关文献进行系统梳理具有重要的意义。根据文献综述法:MD&A有用性评价的角度包括:公司前景预测、投资决策、叙述语言的消极或积极倾向和叙述语言的修改程度角度;MD&A有用性评价的方法包括:手工内容分析法、问卷调查法、自动文本分析法和采用其他机构评价结果法。MDA can provide explanatory information and forward-looking information,which is not included in financial information.Therefore,it is important to systematically overview papers of evaluation of MDA usefulness.According to the method of literature review,angles of evaluation of MDA usefulness include future forecasting of the corporate,investment decision making,negative or positive tendency of narrative language and changes of narrative language;meanwhile methods of evaluation of MDA usefulness include hand-coded content analysis,survey rankings,automated text analysis and using other institutions＇ evaluation results.
