基于主成分分析法的农村居民点土地集约利用评价——以山东省乳山市村庄地籍调查试点为例

摘　　要：基于村庄地籍调查试点资料,评价农村居民点土地集约利用水平,提出土地集约利用建议,为开展农村居民点整治提供参考。以山东省乳山市10个村庄为研究对象,采用主成分分析法,评价研究区农村居民点土地集约利用水平。结果显示,农村居民点土地集约利用水平总体较低,1个村粗放利用,2个村低度利用,7个村适度利用,无集约利用。在结果分析基础上,提出了严格控制用地规模,科学合理进行村庄规划;合理利用空闲地和闲置宅基地,提高土地利用效率;健全和完善宅基地使用制度,促进土地集约高效利用等建议。The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the land use intensity, then propose suggestions for land intensive use and provide reference to the regulation of rural residential areas based on the village cadastxal survey. The method of principal component analysis was employed in this paper. The results indicated that the village land intensive use level of studied areas was low, with one village in extensive utilization, two in low utilization, seven in moderate utilization and none in intensive utilization. Based on the evaluation result analysis, suggestions for the land intensive use were put forward, such as control the land use scale strictly and make village planning scientifically and reasonably, use the idle land and idle homestead rationally and improve the land use efficiency; perfect the system of homestead and promote the land intensive utilization.
