摘 要:呼吸道炎症是哮喘和其他肺部疾病病理生理的一个核心过程。炎症细胞产生细胞因子,这些细胞因子促使上皮细胞的可诱导一氧化氮合成酶表达,致使一氧化氮产生。2011年美国胸科学会指南指出FeNO可作为呼吸道炎症嗜酸性粒细胞的标志物。目前研究显示FeNO值被用于评估和管理呼吸道炎症性疾病。FeNO测定在哮喘中的应用已经日渐成熟,目前开始应用于儿童上呼吸道道炎性疾病(鼻-鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、变应性鼻炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征)的诊断和治疗。FeNO在判断表达呼吸道炎症的类型和指导治疗方面有独特的优势,且在小儿呼吸道炎性疾病中的作用还是值得期待的。Airway inflammation is a core process of pathology physiology with asthma and other lung diseases. Inflammatory cells can produce cytokines, which promote the induced nitric oxide synthase of epithelial cells to be expressed, and result in delivering nitric oxide. In 2011, the American thoracic society guidelines announced that FeNO could be used as a marker of eosinophilic in airway inflammation. Current research shows that FeNO value is used in the evaluation and management of airway inflammatory diseases. FeNO measurement applications in asthma has matured and has started to used in diagnosis and treatment of airway inflammatory diseases in children (such as rhinosinusitis and nasal polyp, allergic rhinitis and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome) . FeNO value in judging the types of airway inflammation and guiding treatment has unique advantages, and its role in pediatric airway inflammatory disease is worth waiting for.
