青少年网络活动对问题性网络使用的预测作用

摘　　要：目的了解网络活动与青少年问题性网络使用的关系,为引导青少年正确使用网络及减少问题性网络活动带来的不利影响提供参考。方法采用自评问卷,对来自中国科学院心理研究所双生子研究样本库1 378对青少年双生子的网络活动进行第一轮调查,1.5 a后对样本进行追踪,从中随机抽取1 650名被试测量其发生问题性网络使用的情况。结果个体上网时间与问题性网络使用呈正相关,且青少年周末上网时间能显著预测后期问题性网络使用的得分。第一轮测试参与娱乐和社交活动的种类越多,第二轮测试中问题性网络使用得分就越高(r娱乐=0.192,r社交=0.182,P值均<0.01);而参与信息活动的种类与问题性网络使用没有相关性(r=0.008,P=0.748)。高娱乐高社交组和高娱乐低社交组青少年问题性网络使用的得分高于高社交低娱乐组和低娱乐低社交组的得分(P值均<0.05)。结论青少年周末上网时间能预测问题性网络使用的发生;较之单一的网络活动,娱乐和社交的共同作用与问题性网络使用有更密切的关系。Objective To examine predictive value of internet usage on adolescents problematic internet behaviors. Methods A total of 1 650 adolescents aged 9-19 years old participated in this survey, lnternet usage was assessed by self-report questionnaires at baseline （T1）, problematic internet behaviors were assessed 1.5 years after （ T2 ）. Results Adolescents problematic internet behaviors were significantly correlated with time of Internet game at T1. Problematic internet behaviors were significantly predicted by time of Internet game at weekend. The more participation on entertainment and social activities in T1, the higher risk of problematic internet behaviors in T2 was found. Problematic internet behaviors in T2 of the high entertainment/social activity group and the high entertainment/low social activity group was significantly higher than that of low entertainment / high social activity group and low entertainment/low social activity group. Conclusion The occurrence of problematic internet behaviors could be predicted by time of Internet game at weekend. Adolescents problematic internet behaviors are highly correlated with entertainment and social activities online, other than purely internet usage.
