摘  要:目的了解重庆市高校结核病健康教育工作的开展现状及面临的问题,为高校开展结核病健康教育提供参考依据。方法采取整群随机抽样的方法,对抽取的重庆市5所高校的2 968名大学生进行结核病相关知识知晓情况问卷调查。对大学生结核患者、高校医务人员及疾病预防控制中心结防人员共27人开展定性访谈。结果高校学生对结核病防治核心信息的总知晓率为44.1%,不同高校、不同性别、不同年级的大学生核心知识总知晓率差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为19.75,11.20,33.71,P值均<0.01)。核心知识中对"结核病定点诊疗机构"的知晓率最低,仅为32.9%。89.0%(2 643/2 968)的受访大学生希望获得结核病防治知识。电视、报纸、网络等是高校学生获取结防知识的主要途径。定性访谈结果还显示被试结核就医行为不良、患病后心理负担较重等情况。结论高校学生结核病防治健康促进工作有待加强。需进一步完善健康促进计划,切实提高学校结核病健康教育工作的效果。Objective To explore the tuberculosis (TB) knowledge, attitude and practice ( KAP), as well as the status of TB related health education among college students in Chongqing. Methods Totally 2 968 students were selected through the cluster random sampling method, and were interviewed with a standard questionnaire.Twenty-seven qualitative in-depth interviews were conducted among student with TB, rib workers in CDC and school doctors. Results The general awareness rate of key information on TB control was 44.1%. There were significant differences in different colleges(X2 = 19.75,P〈0.01 ) , gender (X2 = 11.20, P〈 0.01) and grade(X2 = 33.71 ,P〈0.01 ). The awareness rate of designated medical institution for TB is quite low (32.9%). About 89.0% ( 2 643/2 968 ) of the students want to obtain more knowledge on TB. Television, newspapers, networks were the main channels to obtain TB knowledge. The survey showed that inappropriate approaches for TB specific medical care and high level of mental stress among students with TB. Conclusion TB health promotion among colleges should be strengthened. Health promotion plan, medical training for school physicians as well as publicity for TB should be improved in colleges.
