摘 要:目的探讨初中生静坐、锻炼时间与心理健康的关系,为预防儿童青少年心理健康问题的发生提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对潍坊市852名初中生进行生活方式及中学生心理健康量表(MSSMHS)的问卷调查。结果单因素分析中,不同静坐时间、不同锻炼时间初中生心理健康状况构成差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为10.26,19.52,P值均〈0.05)。调整了年龄、性别、家庭经济状况等因素的非条件Logistic回归分析中,初中生心理健康与静坐时间[OR值(OR值95%CI)=1.46(1.17-1.82)]、锻炼时间[OR值(95%CI)=0.60(0.47-0.77)])的关联仍有统计学意义。交互作用分析显示,静坐时间和锻炼时间存在拮抗作用。静坐为初中生心理健康的危险因素,锻炼为保护因素。结论多动少坐的生活方式有助于儿童青少年心理健康问题的预防。Objective To explore the relationship between amount of sitting and exercising time and mental health in junior school students, in order to provide basis for the prevention of the mental health problems of junior school students. Methods By cluster sampling, 852 junior school students were investigated with Middle School students mental health scale( MSSMHSI and the amount of time sitting and exercising were examined. Results Univariable analysis showed the amount of sitting and exercising time was related to mental health of junior school students and the relation had statistical significance. In Logistic model adjusted for confoundings, the amount of sitting time [ OR ( 95 % CI ) : 1.46 ( 1.17 - 1.821 ] and exercising time [ OR ( 95% CI) : 0.60 ( 0.47 - 0.771 ] was related to mental health, and statistical significance was also found. In addition, the interactive analysis showed that the amount of sitting time exercising time had an antagonistic action. Sitting was a dangerous factor while exercise was a protective factor. Conclusion The amount of time sitting and exercising is related to mental health in junior school students. Spending more time exercising and less time sitting will help to reduce psychological problems in children and adolescents.
