摘　　要：共情是指个体在认识到自身产生的感受来源于他人的前提下,通过观察、想象或推断他人的情感而产生的与之同形的情感体验状态。共情的产生与多个脑区的参与有关,根据其作用的不同,可将它们分为核心情感系统、镜像神经系统以及心理理论系统。其中,核心情感系统通过与其他两个系统间的相互协作,形成了具身模仿共情及心理理论共情两种模式的神经网络。这两种神经网络通过横向和纵向的相互联系,构成了一个整体的共情神经网络系统。在未来的研究中,可能需要对共情神经网络的作用机制问题做进一步的研究和拓展,深入探讨其调控机制问题,并努力将理论研究的结果应用于临床实践之中。Empathy is an emotional state resulting from the observation,imagination and inference of the emotion of others with the awareness that emotions originate from them.Related with various cerebral regions,empathy can be divided into coral emotion system,mirror neuron system and theory-of-mind system according to its functions.Specifically,the coral emotion system interacts with the other two systems and produces two types of neural networks,the embodied-simulation empathy network and theory-of-mind empathy network,which constitute an entire empathy neural network through hori-zontal and vertical connection.Further studies are required to investigate the mechanism of the neurological empathy network,especially the coordination mechanism,and application of the research findings into clinical work.
