Fuchs综合征白内障病因分析及超声乳化吸出术观察

摘　　要：目的 分析Fuchs综合征患者并发白内障的成因及行白内障超声乳化吸出术的临床疗效.方法 对2011年1月至2013年1月在南昌大学第二附属医院眼科就诊的15例Fuchs综合征并发白内障患者行超声乳化白内障吸出术,观察术中术后并发症及视力恢复情况.结果 术中常见并发症为瞳孔缩小和前房出血;术后并发症有青光眼、前房积血.最好矫正视力0.6以上者占80％（12/15）.Fuchs综合征早期不一定有白内障,而通过手术去除白内障这一因素后,睫状体炎仍然存在.结论 超声乳化白内障吸出联合人工晶状体植入术对Fuchs综合征并发白内障是一种安全而有效地治疗方法.其白内障成因可能与睫状体炎有关.Objective To investigate the etiology of Fuchs syndrome cataract and its clinical observation by phacoemulsification.Methods Fifteen patients （15 eyes） with heteroehromic iridocyclitis who had phaeoemulsifieation and IOL implantation were reviewed.Intraoperative and postoperative complication was observed.Results Intraoperative complication included miosis and hemorrhage in anterior chamber.Postoperative complications were glaucoma and hyphemia.Best corrected postoperative visual acuity was 0.6 or better in 80% of eyes.Cataract didn＇t necessarily presents at the early stage of Fuchs syndrome.By surgically removing the cataract,cyclitis still existed.Conclusions Eyes with heteroehromic iridocyclitis tolerate well to the phacoemulsification with IOL implantation.Fuchs cataract is caused and complicated by cyclitis.
