摘　　要：在市场经济行为的过程中,人的需要和利益是经济行为产生的一个理由;在一个市场经济博弈活动的过程中,人们发现如果总是选择个人最优策略,那么这种选择的结果往往与最初的经济行为目的相反。所以人们通过建立和遵守一定的市场经济道德规范,来约束彼此的行为,降低交易成本,使得双方合作达到共赢的结果。这种符合市场经济规律的道德规范因此也就具有了正价值。In market economy actions, people＇s needs and interests constitute a cause of them. During a game playing in market economy, people have found that if they always chose the personal optimal strategies, the result usually he inversed from their prime purposes. In order to bond themselves reciprocally, reduce the trade costs and get win -win cooperation, they establish certain market economy ethics and obey them. As a result, the ethics which accord with laws of market economy have gotten positive value.
