摘 要:普通线路小半径曲线侧磨通常出现分布不均匀的病害。结合现场实际,对普通线路小半径曲线安装轨距拉杆进行强化。现场观测结果表明:采用轨距拉杆进行强化,不但能够保持动态轨距的稳定,而且可有效减缓不均匀侧磨,尤其在桥梁上减磨效果更明显;轨距拉杆的数量要根据地段与线型的不同合理调整,采用不等距方式安装可使车辆在轨道不同区段运行时整体刚度均匀,从而减小轮轨间额外的动作用力,有效减缓钢轨磨耗。The small radius curve side abrasion of general line usually appears the disease of uneven distribution. Combining with actual situation,this paper strengthened the small radius curve of general line by installing gauge drawbar. Field observations indicated that strengthening measures which uses gauge drawbar not only can keep the stability of dynamic gauge,but also can effectively alleviate the uneven side abrasion,especially in the bridge antifriction effect,the number of the gauge drawbar should be adjusted to different section and linetype rationally,the un-equidistant installing way could keep overall uniform stiffness when the vehicles are running at different sections of track,which could reduce the extra action force between the wheel-rail and effectively alleviate the rail abrasion.
