摘　　要：以德沃金的"法的整体性"思想为基础,运用系统论的方法构建国际物流法模式,需要将国际物流各个环节进行统一,先找出其中的核心环节——国际货物运输,进而整合国际货物运输法律制度,以海上货物运输法律为基础,最后形成一个以国际货物运输为中心,同时将仓储、搬运、装卸、包装、流通加工、配送及信息处理各个环节全部涵盖的国际物流法律体系。In this paper, on the basis of the idea of Dworkin in the integration of laws, we used the methodology of the system theory to build the mode of the international logistics law systems and on such basis, proposed to establish an international logistics legal system that incorporated the links from storage, handling, loading/unloading, packaging, circulation, processing, distribution and information processing.
