摘　　要：将政府在产学研合作中的作用作为产学研合作创新利益分配的影响因素,运用委托-代理理论提出了相关假设,建立了产学研合作伙伴之间的供应链激励模型并对模型求解,给出了算例分析,实现了产学研合作创新利益的最优分配,为产学研的可持续合作发展打下良好的基础。In this paper, we treated the role of the government as an influence factor of the innovative benefit allocation in production-education-research cooperation, relied on the principal-agent theory to put forward the relevant hypotheses, built the supply chain motivation model of the cooperative partners involved and at the end, presented a numerical example to illustrate the solution and effectiveness of the model.
