摘  要:圆盘锯片齿宽与齿距长度不均匀严重影响其寿命,目前对其检测多采用人工测量方法,速度慢且精度差。根据视觉测量快速、高精度特点,首先使用阈值分割、特征提取、形态学与亚像素精度技术,处理得到锯片平滑的轮廓,然后结合锯片圆形轮廓及人工测量特点,提出一种新的基于视觉测量的锯片齿宽与齿距测量方法,自动求出锯齿个数、齿宽与齿距长度。实验结果表明,文中的方法平均误差为0.678pix,估计误差为0.068mm。可以应用在高精度测量场合中,且对其它物体的视觉测量研究也有指导性意义。The uneven length of saw tooth width and pitch affect their using time seriously, but the inspection of saw blade is all artificial, restricting production efficiency severely. It combines the rounded contours of circle saw blade with manual measurement characteristics, proposing a new method of measuring tooth width and pitch of circular saw blades based on vision measurement, which uses techniques including threshold segmentation, feature extraction, morphology and sub-pixel precis ion~ Finally it got the smooth contours of the saw blade, obtained the number of teeth, tooth width and pitch length. By analyzing the experimental results, the average error of the method is 0.678 pixels, and estimation error is 0.068mm. It can be used in high-precision measurement occasions and has instructive significance to many other objects' vision measurement.
