摘 要:在往复走丝电火花线切割加工过程中,由于张紧力与电极丝动态效应的作用,电极丝会在导轮处产生挠曲变形,直接影响其加工的精度、稳定性和生产率。本次研究首先建立电极丝在导轮处的挠曲变形模型,通过MATLAB符号方程数值计算,得到导轮处偏移量的数值解;其次,分析了电极丝偏移量变化规律;再次,通过实验数据分析,证实采用数值计算的电极丝挠曲变形量是可靠的;最后,总结出减少电极丝偏移量与提高加工精度的措施,为实际生产加工提供指导依据。In the process of reciprocating wire electrical discharge machining, wire bending deformation certainly occurs in the area near the guide wheel due to wire tension and dynamic characteristics, the deflection affects the machining accuracy, productivity and stability. First of all, a novel model of the wire deflection is built in the area near the guide wheel; secondly, the numerical solution of deflection is worked out by the using of the symbolic equation in MATLAB; moreover, the rules of wire deflection variation and the influences of wire deflection on the machining process are analyzed; and then, from the confirmation experiment, it has been proved that the novel model of wire deflection in reciprocating WEDM process is feasible, eventually, the practical approaches of reducing wire deflection and improving the machining accuracy have been proposed, which can provide theoretical basis for the actual machining.
