摘  要:根据磁通守恒和磁路基尔霍夫定律,采用平均磁路法对双盘式磁流变离合器进行了磁路设计。改进设计盘片呈凹槽结构,使磁力线集中分布于更有效的工作面内,以节省能耗;为保证磁路性能的同时使离合器尺寸更为紧凑,提出壳体壁厚尺寸的确定方法。最后,采用磁场有限元分析方法对离合器的改进结构进行了分析比较。结果表明,采用隔磁套杯结构能有效防止漏磁,阻断磁路分支,磁流变离合器工作间隙处能产生磁场强度接近理想值0.9T,且分布均匀。The magnetic circuit of the double plates MR clutch was designed based on Continuity of Magnetic flux and Kichoff's Law for Magnetic Circuits. The double plates were modified with a groove structure, which made the flux concentrated distributed on the more effective annulus working area for less energy consumption; For maximizing the magnetic field energy while minimizing the structure size, calculation method for determination of the clutch shell thickness was presented. Finally, magnetic field for MR clutch with different structures was analyzed with finite element method. It's concluded, the copper structure can effectively prevent the magnetic flux loss; the magnetic field intensity of the working gap is close to the ideal value 0.9T, and evenly distributed.
