摘 要:本文首先构建了项目主要目标的协同优化模型,然后在主要参与方之间、部门与组织间、个体与组织间三个层面,分析研究了实践中最为普遍存在的目标冲突及其协同机制。从目标之间的冲突、主要参与主体间的目标冲突和个人动机与组织目标冲突三个层面,分析了造成各种冲突的原因,并构建了解决冲突的协同管理机制。只有在主要参与方、部门及参与个体三个层面上真正达成目标共识的基础上,实现协同管理才会成为可能。This paper firstly builds collaborative optimization model of the main objectives of the project, and then from three aspects of the main participants, departments and organizations, individuals and organizations, analyses the most widespread goal conflict and its collaborative mechanisms in the practice. From the conflict of the objectives, mainly involved in the goal conflict among principals, and also goal conflict between individual motivation and organization, analyses the reasons for conflicts, builds collaborative management mechanisms to resolve conflicts. Only really reach the consensus on the main square, departments and individuals involved, to reach collaborative management will become possible.
