摘　　要：信用证软条款,又称之为陷阱条款,它是阻碍我国中小出口企业安全收汇的一大壁垒。本文从分析软条款产生的背景原因出发,具体阐述了常见的三类软条款,并在此基础上提出了应对建议。Soft clauses in the letter of credit,also known as traps terms,are one of the barriers hindering getting payment for China＇s small and medium- sized export enterprise. This paper firstly analyzes the background causes of soft clauses specifically and then addresses the three common types of soft terms and makes suggestions on how to deal with it.
