摘  要:"高校走内涵式发展道路"这个战略目标已成为共识,但是对于选择怎样的路径去实现高等学校的内涵发展呢?笔者结合自己的工作体会,从师资队伍建设的角度,阐述了教师在实现大学的人才培养、科学研究、服务社会三大基本功能中的作用,探讨了通过职业生涯规划、师德建设、到企业挂实职等师资培养策略,来为高校的内涵发展提供根本保障。The strategic objective of colleges and universities should take the way of connotative development,which has become a consensus of educators. However,how to reach the strategic objective of connotative development of higher school has always been a problem. In this paper,combined with the author's own work experience,the role of teachers in personnel training,scientific research and social services to realize three basic functions of modern universities was explained from the perspective of constructing teaching staff team. This article puts forward some cultivation strategies for teachers based on these works of career planning,construction of teacher morality and tempering through titular position,in order to provide the basic guarantee of connotative development of colleges and universities.
