摘　　要：高校中学生管理和教育脱节现象普遍存在,全员育人功能发挥不够,本文根据我校目前学生和教师实际,从教育与管理如何融合方面,紧紧围绕教风和学风建设进行探讨,并提出了一些改进措施和途径,促进学生健康成长成才。The separation of education and management in colleges is a common phenomenon and the function of educating all is not sufficient. Based on the actual situation of teachers and students in Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology, this thesis explores the construction of the integration of education and management and puts forward some measures and ways to enforce the cultivation of students.
