肝衰竭大鼠小肠P物质、生长抑素的形态学变化

摘　　要：[目的]观察肝衰竭大鼠小肠P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SS)的分布变化。[方法]40只Wistar大鼠随机分为肝衰竭模型组和对照组,采用免疫组化法观察2组大鼠空肠组织SP、SS的分布变化。[结果]与对照组比较,模型组大鼠空肠SP的表达明显减少(P<0.01)而SS的表达明显增加(P<0.05)。[结论]肝衰竭大鼠肠道SP及SS的分布有明显变化,这些改变与肝衰竭胃肠动力减退有关。[Objective]To obsver the changes of substance P（SP） and samatostatian （SS）in the small intestine of rats with liver failure.[Methods]Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and model group,distributions of SP and SS in jejunum were obsvered through immunohistochemistry.[Results]Comparing with control group,in model group,the distributions of SS were markedly increased（P＜ 0.05）and SP were markedly decreased（P＜0.01）in jejunumof rats.[Conclusion]There are markedly changes of SP and SS in the small intestine of rats with liver failure which may be associated with gastrointestinal motility dysfunction.
