部队老年住院患者营养状况评价及营养支持现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解部队老年住院患者的营养状况及营养支持现状。方法选择部队老年住院患者203例,采用简易营养评价精法(MNA-SF)对其进行营养状况评价及营养风险筛查,并调查其营养支持情况。结果 203例老年住院患者中,营养不良总发生率较低为29.56%(60/203),营养风险的发生率为39.90%(81/203),高年龄组营养不良的发生率高于低年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总营养支持率为38.92%,营养状况良好组的营养支持率为19.36%。结论 MNA-SF适合老年住院患者的营养状况评价,营养不良及营养风险的发生随着年龄的增加而增加,部队老年住院患者存在营养支持不合理。Objective To survey the nutrition and nutritional support in senile army inpatients. Methods By employing MNA-SF the nutrition was assessed and the risk of nutrition was screened, and the nutritional support was surveyed in 203 senile army inpatients. Results The total incidence of malnutrition was 29.56%; the incidence of the risk of nutrition was39.90%. The incidence of malnutrition was higher in the advanced age group than in the young age group, with statistical significance. The rate of nutritional support was 38.92%. The rate of nutritional support in the good nutrition group was 19.36%.Conclusions MAN-SF assessment is suitable for the evaluation of the nutrition of senile inpatients. The incidence of malnutrition and the risk of nutrition increases with age. Unreasonable nutritional support is present in senile army inpatients.
