摘　　要：目的探讨SLP-2在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数间的相关性。方法免疫组织化学法观察50例皮肤鳞状细胞癌和30例脂溢性角化病组织蜡片中SLP-2的表达,分析SLP-2蛋白的表达与皮肤鳞状细胞癌临床病理变量之间的关系。结果 SLP-2蛋白在脂溢性角化、皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为6.67%和74.00%。SLP-2蛋白的表达与皮肤鳞癌的病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 SLP-2蛋白的过表达可能与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生发展密切相关。Objective To detect the expression of stomatin like protein-2 （SLP-2） at protein level in human skin squ-mamous cell carcinoma（SCC） and to study the relations of SLP-2 expression and clinicopathologic parameters. Methods Tissue samples from 50 patients with SCC and 30 patients with seborrheic keratosis were immunohistochemically stained to detect the expression of SLP-2. The association between SLP-2 expression and clinicopathologic parameters were analyzed. Results Compared with negative expression and lower expression in seborrheic keratosis （2/30） immunohistochemical analysis of SCC showed that a higher SLP-2 expression in SCC （37/50 ,P = 0. 000） associated with the pathological grading （P = 0. 001 ）, clinical stage （P = 0. 001 ） and lymph node metastasis （P = 0. 024）. Conclusion A high expression level of SLP-2 may be associated with the invasion of skin squmamous cell carcinoma.
