网状组织细胞肉芽肿1例

摘　　要：患者男,36岁。左小腿内侧约1cm×1cm红褐色结节3个月,表面稍粗糙,界限清,触之质韧有弹性,可活动。皮损组织病理示:表皮轻度角化过度,棘层轻度增厚。真皮内可见组织细胞呈肉芽肿样增生,并见多核组织巨细胞,内含均匀细颗粒状物质,呈"毛玻璃"状。病理诊断:网状组织细胞肉芽肿。本病多为良性肿瘤,有自愈倾向,预后良好。A 36-year-old male presented a reddish-brown, about 1 cm x 1 cm sized, clearly margined, and moveable nodule with slightly rough surface and flexible elastic texture for 3 months. Histopathologic examination revealed epidermal slight hyperkeratosis and mild proliferation in stratum spinosum. Dermal granuloma hyperplasia with infiltration of histoeyte and polynuclear giant cells containing uniform fine and ＂frosted-glass＂ like granular material. Pathological diagnosis： reticulohistiocytoma. The disease is a benign tumor of self heal and good prognosis.
