脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合3M粘接剂对牙本质小管封闭作用的体外研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脉冲Nd:YAG激光与3M粘接剂联合应用对牙本质小管封闭作用。方法:扫描电镜下观察脉冲Nd:YAG激光照射及脉冲Nd:YAG激光与3M粘接剂联合应用后,牙本质小管的形态学变化。结果:激光组牙本质表面小管口部分熔融封闭,联合应用组牙本质表面熔融,有白色均质样物质附着,部分牙本质小管口的形态模糊不清;纵断面激光组牙本质小管内呈现不规则的熔融改变,深度不深;联合组牙本质小管内可见明显树脂突,且深度较长。结论:激光与3M粘接剂联合应用具有良好的牙本质小管封闭作用。Objective： To explore the effect of pulsed Nd.. YAG laser combined with 3M adhesive on the occlusion of the dentin tubules. Methods： The morphological changes of dentinal tubules after using pulsed Nd.. YAG laser combined with 3M adhesive was observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results： By scanning electron microscopy, the tubules of dentinal surface partial fuse and were sealed in the pulsed Nd： YAG laser group. In the combination group, the dentinal surface partial fuse and was attached the white homogeneous substance. It was hardly to make out the form of partial dentinal tubules. The former group （vertical section laser group） present the irregular fusing changes and the shorter depth in the dentin tubules, but the latter formed the resin tag obviously and the longer depth. Conclusion： Pulsed Nd.. YAG laser in combination with 3M adhesive showed the occluding ability of dentin tubules.
