虚拟企业成功运作关键因素分析

摘　　要：随着贸易国际化、生产跨国化、经济网络化的发展,虚拟企业运作的效率和水平直接关系到企业甚至国家竞争力的水平。本文首先介绍了虚拟企业所具有的强调核心竞争力、灵活敏捷、分工合作、结构扁平化等特征,然后描述了虚拟企业的典型运作模式即骨干中心型、强强联合型及联生网络型,最后对虚拟企业运作的关键因素——成功构建、基础平台建设、利益风险机制、协调机制以及业务流程重构进行了深入探讨。With the development of trade internationalization, transnational production and network economy, virtual enterprise opera- tion efficiency and level are directly related to the competitiveness of enterprises and even the nation. At first, this article introduced the characteristics of virtual enterprises, such as emphasizing on core competitive ability, active flexibility, divi- sion and cooperation and flat structure. Then it described the typical operation mode of virtual enterprises, including back- bone center type, strong - strong union type and joint generation network type. At last the article had a deep discussion in the critical factors of virtual enterprise operation, i.e., successful building, construction of the basic platform, mechanism of benefits and risks, coordination mechanisms and business process reengineering.
