摘　　要：骨性Ⅱ类高角型错畸形是临床上常见的错畸形,同时伴矢状向和垂直向异常,是正畸治疗的难点。近年来,有很多关于其治疗方法的文献报道,作用机制及效果不一。本文详细介绍骨性Ⅱ类高角型错畸形的临床表现、形成机制和各种治疗方法的疗效和治疗要点。Hyperdivergent skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion has always been a challenge in orthodontics for both sagittal and vertical discrepancies. In recent years, many therapies had been proposed with varied mechanism and results. This article reviewed the clinical manifestation and pathological mechanism of hyperdivergent skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion,as well as the effectiveness and key points of treatment for different therapies.
