摘　　要：加强产学研合作协同创新,应当以调控机制、驱动机制、协同机制、服务机制、激励机制、保障机制建设为保障。加强产学研合作协同创新机制建设,应当抓住营造良好环境、作好调查研究、搭建创新平台、健全投入体系、完善政策法规、选好创新路径、深化体制改革、建立战略联盟、抓住创新重点、注重监管与激励等着力点。Strengthening industry-university-research cooperation innovation mechanism construction shall be subject to the regulation mechanism, driving mechanism, coordination mechanism, service mechanism, incentive mechanism, and security mechanism construction as its basic content. Strengthening industry-university-research cooperation innovation mechanism construction should create a good environment, make investigations, built the platform of innovation, improve the investment system, improve policies and regulations, choose the path of innovation, deepen the reform, establish long-term mechanism, seize the focus on innovation and supervision and incentive points.
