均等化视域下统筹城乡公共文化服务体系建设的路径——以河北省为例

摘　　要：统筹城乡文化均衡发展是社会主义文化建设的基本内容,也是当前河北省公共文化建设的一个重要目标,本文以河北省为例,阐释当前我国及河北地区城乡公共文化建设失衡的现状,揭示制约城乡公共文化服务均等化的诸多因素,进而设计构架出河北省城乡公共文化服务均衡发展的对策思路。Balance development of urban and rural culture is the basic content of the construction of social culture, and It is also an important goal of public cultural construction in Hebei province. This article, taking Hebei procince as an example, expands the current situation on unbalanced development of public culture construction in urban and rural areas and reveals the restricting factors of equalization of public cultural construction in urban and rural areas of Hebei Province. Finally, the article puts forward some countermeasures to promote the overall development of public culture construction in urban and rural areas of Hebei province.
