胃癌组织中乳腺癌扩增基因1和核转录因子-κB的表达

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌扩增基因1(AIB1)和核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的表达与胃癌发生发展的关系,为开展以AIB1和NF-κB为靶标的胃癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测88例胃癌组织和85例癌旁组织中AIB1和NF-κB表达情况,并与临床病理特征结合进行综合分析。结果 AIB1在胃癌组织中表达率(75.0%)高于癌旁组织(7.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κB在胃癌组织中表达率(72.7%)高于癌旁组织(11.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);胃癌组织中AIB1表达和淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05),NF-κB表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05);胃癌组织中AIB1与NF-κB表达呈正相关(r=0.236,P<0.05)。结论 AIB1与NF-κB参与胃癌的形成,且与胃癌的侵袭、转移及预后有一定的关系。Objective To investigate the expression of amplified in breast cancer 1 （ AIB1 ） and nuclear transcription factor kappa B（NF-KB） in gastric carcinoma and discuss their correlation in gastric carcinoma tissues inorder to provide the theory basis for the prevention and cure of gastric carcinoma with the AIB1 and NF-KB as target. Methods The expression of AIB1 and NF-κB in gastric carcinoma tissues of 88 cases and para-cancerous tissues of 85 cases were examined with immuno- histochemical technique. The datum together with clinical pathologic characteristic were analyzed. Results The positive rates of AIB1 and NF-κB in carcinoma tissues were 75.0% and 72.7% respectively,which were significantly higher than those in para-eancerous tissues （7.1 % and 11.8 % ） , and the differences were significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. The expression of AIB1 in gastric carcinoma was associated with lymph node metastasis and elinical tumor staging（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression of NF-κB in gastric carcinoma was associated with lymph node metastasis and pathological grade （P 〈 0.05 ）. AIB1 expression was positive correlated with NF-κB in gastric carcinoma（ r = 0. 236,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions AIB1 and NF-κB play important roles in carcinogenesis, and are involved in the formation of gastric carcinoma. Besides, they are also associated with the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
