射频消融治疗对肝癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究肝癌患者经射频消融(RFA)治疗后机体细胞免疫功能的变化。方法采用流式细胞仪分析56例肝癌患者RFA治疗前和治疗后1、4周外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果与RFA治疗前比较,RFA治疗后1、4周患者外周血中CD+3、CD+4及CD+4/CD+8水平均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD+8略升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RFA治疗后4周患者外周血中CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8水平均较治疗后1周略有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RFA治疗后肝癌患者的细胞免疫功能显著增强,且治疗后1、4周患者的细胞免疫功能相当。Objective To study the changes of cellular immune function of patients with liver cancer after radio frequency ablation（RFA）. Methods The levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before RFA and one week,four weeks after RFA were detected by flow cytometry in 56 patients with liver cancer. Results Compared with before RFA, the levels of peripheral blood CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio at one week and four weeks after treatment with RFA increased（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the levels of CDs increased, but there was no statistic difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of peripheral blood CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD9^＋ , and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio at four weeks after RFA treatment were higher than those at one week, but there were no significant difference（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The cellular immune function of liver cancer patients is obviously improved after the RFA treatment, and the cellular immune function at one week and four weeks after RFA treatment is similar.
