摘　　要：从拓展干部培训模式和提升图书馆公信力两个方面,阐述了基层党校图书馆开展知识服务的必要性,并以中共成都市委党校图书馆为例,从开展信息素养教育、推广宣传活动、加强学科馆员服务以及特色数据库建设等方面,论述了提升基层党校图书馆知识服务水平的策略。This paper expounds the necessary of carrying out the knowledge service in grass-roots Party from two aspects of expanding the cadres training mode and improving library＇s credibility, and taking school library the library of Chengdu Municipal Party School as an example, discusses the strategies for improving the knowledge service quality of the grass-roots Party school library from aspects of developing the information literacy education, extending the promotional campaign, strengthening the subject librarian service, and constructing the characteristic database, etc.
