摘  要:提出一种新的城市公交运营效益的测度方法,采用系统分析方法,从城市公交系统投入产出分析入手,提出并建立一种新的公交运营效率测度模型,结合天津市城市公交系统具体情况进行城市宏观运营效益、公交线路运营管理、公交运调方法管理上的比较分析,结果表明该方法能为城市公交运营调度提供更加科学合理地决策支持,显示出该测度技术方法的可行性。A new method was proposed to measure the operating efficiency of urban transit. By using system analysis method, a new measuring model of urban transport operating efficiency was proposed and established starting from the analysis of input and output of urban transit system. The concrete operating states of urban transit system in Tianjin City were discussed and analyzed, which includes the macroscopic operating efficiency of urban transit system, the comparison of operating management between different transit lines, and the comparison of operating management between different scheduling projects. The result of the example shows that the more scientific and reasonable decision support can be provided for operating and scheduling of urban transit by using the method.
