摘　　要：2008年至2012年期间,在战略性新兴产业类别中国知识产权局授权发明专利量共计150 691件。主要特点为:战略性新兴产业发明专利授权量持续增长;七大战略性新兴产业各产业发展态势不均衡;国内发明专利授权量高于国外在华发明专利的授权量;日、美保持战略性新兴产业国外在华发明专利授权的主力地位。The total amount of invention patent for strategic emerging industries granted by SIPO reached 150 691 during 2008-2012. The number of invention patents granted continued to grow, while the development in 7 fi elds of strategic emerging industries was unbalanced. The number of granted patents obtained by domestic applicants exceeded those obtained by foreign applicants. As to the granted patents of foreign applicants, applicants from Japan and the U.S. accounted for the largest portion.
