关于高职院校学生党员队伍建设的思考——以郧阳师范高等专科学校学生党员情况为例

摘　　要：学生党员队伍建设是高校党的建设的基础工程。以郧阳师范高等专科学校学生党员情况为例,分析高职院校学生党员分布的特点、学生党员建设现状和学生党支部设置的形式,从制度建设、党的政工干部队伍建设、经费保障、监督和管理等方面提出对策。Student Party member construction is the base of college Party member construction.Based on the student Party member construction of YYTC,this paper has analyzed the distribution feature,construction situation,designing form of student Party member in higher vocational colleges,and proposed some suggestions from the following aspects,such as cadre staff construction,funds guarantee,supervision and management.
