摘　　要：张子和作为金元四大家之一,其学术思想"论病首重邪气",重视运气病机学说的应用。整理归纳张子和对运气病机理论的发展和认识,从病机基础、病因、病位病性、标本中气、五郁致病、运气6六个方面对张子和的运气病机进行分析,认为张氏病因以六淫立论,重视六淫之间的联系,六淫与脏腑之间的联系,六淫以"三邪"为纲。病机以脏腑为经,邪气为纬,疾病性转变以"火""湿"为主,病势变化与郁发影响有关。应用《内经》理论构建理论系统,并且依据运气病机提出"汗、吐、下"三法,使"理"明则"法"立,"法"立则"方药"出,揭示运气与疾病的内在联系。Zhang Zihe is one of the four great doctors of Jin and Yuan dynasties. According to his academic thoughts, it is necessary to put a high premium on disease cause and pathogenes before preventing and curing diseases. The paper studies and discusses Zhang Zihe＇s research achievements about pathogenesis of Yunqi. This dissertation aims to study the pathogenesis of Zhang Zihe＇s theroy in terms of disease cause, pathogenesis, pathogenic location, Biaoben Zhongqi, five staginations and application. We hold the view that Zhang Zihe pays attention to the six climatic influences, the connection among the six climatic factors and the connection between six climatic factors and internal organs. The three pathogenic factors is the key part of six climatic factors. The pathogenesis is related to internal organs and pathogenic factors. The pathogenic factors are mainly ＇ fire＇ and ＇ wet＇. The development of disease is related to stagnations. Zhang Zihe applies the theories of Neijing to propose ＇Diaphoresis, emetic,purgative Therapies＇. The inner relation between Yunqi and disease is also revealed.
