摘　　要：郑钦安在易学理论的启发指导下,将人身阴阳分为先天阴阳、后天阴阳。先天阴阳为元阴元阳,是人体生命的原动力。后天阴阳为元阴元阳在人身五脏、六腑、经络等各个部位运行的不同状态。郑钦安借助易学概念,用乾元比拟人身真气,用乾坤两卦比拟先天阴阳,用坎离艮兑震巽六卦分配脏腑经络并配合五行学说、六经气化学说阐释后天阴阳,将后天人身诸象归属于先天元阴元阳的消长,进而归属于一元真气的盈缩,以此阐发人身阴阳合一之道,形成了其独具特色的医易学说,对后世影响深远。Under the guidance and edification of Yi studies, Zhengqinan divided the personal yin yang into congenital yin yang and acquired yin yang. Congenital yin yang named renal yin and renal yang, is the driving force of human life. Acquired yin yang are the different states of renal yin and renal yang which run on intemal organs, meridians and other parts of the person. With the concept of Yi studies, Zheng Qinan likened qianyuan to true qi and qian kun to acquired yin yang. In addition, he explain acquired yin yang with kan li gen dui zhen xun attaching intemal organs and meridians, which coordinate with five element theory andsix meridians theory. Zheng qinan reduced the all sorts of personal phenomena to growth and decline of renal yin and renal yang and then belonged to the expandedness and shrinkage of true qi. He explained the way of yin and yang unity with some concepts in Yi studies, which formed its unique theory of concerning the change antraditional chinese medicinetheories and exerted a profound influence on later ages.
