医学本科生积极心理资本与主观幸福感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医学本科生积极心理资本与主观幸福感的关系。方法通过积极心理资本问卷和主观幸福感量表,对592名医学本科生进行调查。结果医学本科生积极心理资本总体较好;主观幸福感处于中等偏下水平,不同性别、生源地医学本科生之间主观幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学本科生积极心理资本与主观幸福感之间有显著的相关性,积极心理资本中的韧性、乐观、希望对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。结论医学本科生积极心理资本对主观幸福感有预测作用。Objective To observe the relationship between positive psychological capital and subjective well-being of medical undergraduates. Methods 592 medical undergraduates were tested using positive psycho- logical capital questionnaire and subjective well-being questionnaire. Results Positive psychological capital of medical undergraduates was generally well. Medical undergraduates~ subjective well-being （SWB） was in the medium level . The difference in SWB was significant among medical undergraduates from different residences and genders （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; There is a significant correlation between the medical undergraduates ~ positive psychological capital and SWB. Hope, resiliency and optimism could significantly forecast the medical undergraduates ＇SWB. Conclusion Positive psychological capital has positive effect on SWB of medical undergraduates.
