芪冬颐心口服液对大鼠佐剂性关节炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：研究芪冬颐心1：2服液对大鼠佐剂性关节炎（AA）的疗效及其可能机制。方法：50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、高剂量Cg（20mL）、中剂量组（10mL）和低剂量@-（5mL），给药后测量各组大鼠后足肿胀度及肿胀抑制率，Elisa法检测血清IL．6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平。结果：高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组左足跖体积较模型组明显减小（P＜0．01）：高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组IL．6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著低于模型组（P＜0．01）。结论：芪冬颐心口服液治疗AA大鼠有一定效果，其机制可能与降低血清IL．6、IL-1p、丁NF—α水平有关。Objective:To study the effect and possible mechanism of Qidong Yixin oral liquid on rat adjuvant arthritis (AA). Methods:50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, high-dose group (20mL), medial-dose group (10mL) and low-dose group (5mL), metapedes swelling degree and swelling inhibition rate of each group were measured after administration, with Elisa method for serum IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-αlev-el. Results:The left foot volume of high-dose group, medial-dose group and low-dose group were significantly smaller than that of model group (P<0.01);IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-αlevel of high-dose group, medial-dose group and low-dose group were all significantly lower than those of model group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Qidong Yixin oral liquid treating AA rats have a certain effect, the mechanism may be related to decrease serum IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-αlevel.
