摘  要:为了稳定国产PAE树脂增湿强性能,本文对PAE树脂制备过程中的工艺控制进行系统研究,以期为国产PAE树脂的质量控制提供技术依据。以二乙烯三胺、己二酸和环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过正交试验分析了制备工艺对聚酰胺品质的影响,最终确定聚酰胺树脂合成的最佳工艺,再进行烷基化反应,探究聚酰胺品质、环氧氯丙烷用量对PAE树脂品质的影响。结果显示:提高聚酰胺中间体黏度有利于增强PAE树脂增湿强性能;PAE树脂烷基化过程中,在一定程度上,环氧氯丙烷的用量增加,有利于提高PAE树脂增湿强性能,在摩尔比1:1.1时具有最佳的增湿强性能。In order to stabilize the wet strength performance of the domestic PAE resin, the process control of PAE resin preparation process was studied, so as to provide technical basis to control the quality of the domestic PAE resin. With divinyl three amine, adipic acid and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, the effects of preparation process to polyamide quality were analyzed through orthogonal experiment, finally determine the optimum condition for synthesis of polyamide resin, then processed alkylation reaction to explore the effect of polyamide quality and the dosage of epoxy chloropropane to the performance of PAE resin. Results showed that improvement of the polyamide intermediates was beneficial to improve the wet strength performance of PAE resin, and in PAE resin alkylation process, to a certain extent, increased the dosage of epoxy chloropropane was also beneficial to improve the wet strength performance of PAE resin, the mole ratio of 1:1.1 with the best wet strength performance.
