摘 要:目的:探讨T2*加权血管成像(SWAN)序列对脑内海绵状血管瘤(CCA)诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经临床或手术病理确诊的38例CCA患者的SWAN序列表现特征,比较SWAN序列与常规MR序列对CCA病灶诊断检出率的差异。结果:38例CCA患者,SWAN序列共检出病灶153个,T1WI共检出88个病灶,T2WI共检出112个病灶,T1WI、T2WI和SWAN序列对脑内CCA病灶检出率的差异有显著统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。CCA在SWAN序列上表现为完全均匀低信号、"爆米花样"混杂高信号及边缘环绕低信号"铁环征"。结论:SWAN序列对脑内海绵状血管瘤诊断的敏感性高于常规MR序列,具有重要的临床应用价值。Purpose: To explore the sensitivity of T2 star weighted angiography( SWAN) in diagnosis of cerebral cavernous angiomas. Materials and Methods: MR imaging data of 38 patients with cerebral cavernous angiomas proved by clinical follow- up or pathology were studied retrospectively. The difference in the detection rate of cerebral cavernous angiomas between SWAN and conventional MR imaging was analyzed. Results: In 38 Cases,a total of 153 lesions were detected by SWAN,88 lesions by T1 WI and 112 lesions by T2 WI. There were significant difference in the detection rate of cerebral cavernous angiomas between SWAN and conventional MR sequences. The characteristic feature of cerebral cavernous angiomas on SWAN was the low signal intensity or hyperintensity"popcom"surrounding hypointensity "ironhoop". Conclusion: SWAN sequence has more sensitivity than conventional MR sequences in detection of cerebral cavernous angiomas. SWAN has very important value in diagnosis of cerebral cavernous angiomas.
