摘　　要：目的:探讨罕见肝原发性癌肉瘤(PLCS)的MR表现及诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析本院1例PLCS患者的临床、MR图像及病理结果,并结合文献报道。结果:本例MR上为边界清楚的巨大肿块,信号不均伴中央坏死及出血,周缘有大小不等多发囊变伴囊内出血,强化明显,可见粗大供血动脉及引流静脉。结论:PLCS的影像学表现缺乏特征性,MR检查有一定辅助诊断作用,但确诊仍需依赖病理。Purpose ： To investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of MRI on primary liver carcinosarcoma （PLCS）. Materials and Methods： Clinical data and MR images of one case of pathologically confirmed PLCS were retrospectively analyzed; and previously literatures were rexiewed. Results： MRI showed a large sharp -defined mass with multiple peripheral cysts and heterogeneous signal which represent irregular necrosis and hemorrhage. Dilated feeding arteries and draining veins were visible. Conclusion： PLCS has no characteristic imaging findings. MR examination plays an assistant role in diagnosis, but final diagnosis still depends on pathology.
