摘　　要："接力创新"是一类适应协同化、增效化需求的新兴创新模式。从单个组织内部和技术创新联盟角度出发,提出了基于协同视角的企业内外部"接力创新"模式,并就影响模式稳定性的有关因素和风险进行挖掘,从而提出模式维护和风险规避的措施。＂Relay innovation＂ is a kind of adaptation collaborative, innovative models emerging needs of efficien- cy. In this paper, from a single point of view within the organization and technical innovation alliance, this paper proposes a closed and open ＂relay innovation＂ model system, and the effects of mining patterns and risk factors re- lated to the stability and thus propose measures to safeguard and risk aversion mode .
